Once we receive your form, we’ll send:
- A $100 deposit request to hold your date
- A ceremony contract to officially begin planning
Choosing Your Vendors
After we receive your deposit and signed contract, we’ll provide a complete list of our trusted vendors for you to choose from.
Please let us know your selections so we can confirm availability.
Marriage License
After your vendors are confirmed, you may begin applying for your Hawaii marriage license.

Step 1: Apply Online

- Application fee: $65 (paid online to the State of Hawaii)
- You will need your officiant’s name and ceremony location
- Please double-check all spelling and information — corrections are very difficult after the wedding has taken place.
Step 2: In-Person Appointment
- We will schedule your appointment with a local agent and email you the details
- Bring your receipt from the marriage license application and valid photo ID or passport for both partners
- The agent will charge $5 cash to notarize the application
Please note in Step 2: We will schedule your appointment with a State agent closest to your hotel when possible. State agents' schedules only become available 30 to 45 days in advance.
Step 3: Day of the Ceremony
- Bring your certified marriage license with you to your ceremony
- Our officiant will collect it and submit it to the State of Hawaii afterward
- You can expect to receive your official marriage certificate by mail within approximately three weeks
Payment Schedule
30 days before your ceremony:
- 50% of the balance is due
- We will email your details for confirmation, then send your PayPal invoice (where you can pay by Credit Card or Venmo, We also accept Zelle).
7 days before your ceremony:
- Remaining balance is due
- We will send your final PayPal invoice along with your ceremony timeline
One Day Before
- One day before your ceremony date We will be sending you a remainder via Text message with confirmation, GPS location and other important details, We will make sure you receive it and answer any of your questions.
On Your Wedding Day
- Vendors arrive approximately 15 minutes before the ceremony start time
- Please arrive at your ceremony location by the scheduled start time
- Bring your wedding rings and marriage license — your officiant cannot legally perform the ceremony without the license
- The ceremony last about 30 minutes
- After the ceremony, Your officiant will collect your marriage license, and submit it to the State of Hawaii. You will receive the original certificate in Mail from the State in about 4 to 6 weeks from your wedding date.
- Photography and Videography continuing afterward if booked
