All Maui beach weddings must apply for and obtain a permit for a beach ceremony. We carry the required insurance and will obtain the beach permit necessary for your wedding.

We help you through the on line licensing process, supplying the necessary information and will book your marriage license agent’s appointment, so that your marriage license is legal in all 50 states and in other countries.

Some countries that belong to the Hague Convention will require an additional document to be issued by the Department of Health in Hawaii. We make sure that your marriage license agent is aware that you are from a country that needs the Apostille for your marriage license to be authenticated in your own country. The Apostille will contain the seal and signature of Hawaii’s Lt. Governor.

Fill out online application Here and pay $65 processing fee to State Directly.
We will schedule your appointment with a State agent on the Island where you will go over the application and agent will verify your identification. List of agents can be view Here. There will be $5 processing fee charge (required in cash) to be paid to the agent directly at the appointment.
Our officiant (selected in a planning process) will certify your marriage at your ceremony and month later you will receive original document in a mail from the State of Hawaii.

FOREIGNERS: For couples traveling from overseas to marry in Maui - Hawaii, you can find details about obtaining an APOSTILLE on the State of Hawaii's official website. A certified copy of your marriage certificate issued by Hawaii may require official authentication to ensure recognition and acceptance by foreign government authorities.
